Bugs and Patch Files

If you bump into a bug and are running the latest release of iWiccle or Wiccle, please check out the Patch File Area to see whether a fix has already been issued.

If you believe you've come across a new bug, please report it in our forums (also see: How to report bugs?) to help us get it quickly fixed.
 

On Using Support

If you ever run into trouble with your iWiccle / Wiccle website, Supportwe have several support options available.

  • If you have a paid license, you can submit direct support tickets to our staff and enjoy the benefits of private support forums.
  • If you have a free license or are running a trial version of our software, you can find help at the public community and support forums.

Please read the tutorials and use the forums as much as possible for your support issues, for:

  • You will end up helping both yourself and others with the same problem,
  • You may receive a helpful reply from community members before the staff arrive, and
  • Less direct support gives us more product development time and other improvements.
