Fusion and Future: Support Level and Response Times - Click to Enlarge

By now, everyone will have noticed the increased level of activity in the Fusion Forums and with related resources following the release of iWiccle 1.20. As the technical head of ongoing Wiccle operations, a brief statement on our future direction and the core concepts underlying Fusion is in place.

The Wiccle Fusion was put in motion to create an environment where webmasters can converge, help each other develop and share their resources, and interact both with Wiccle support staff as well as directly with the software developers to ensure premium answers for important questions. Its objective is to empower everyone to accomplish more with less; to help you develop your sites faster, and to help us develop better tools for the job.

Better Response and Resolution Times

I came to work on creating the Wiccle CMS Framework from a long freelance developer background myself, so I have a heart for people who spend weeks in software support forums trying to sort out issues that hold them back and keep them bogged down. Nothing kills productivity and morale like having to wait forever for resolutions to often simple issues.

With the steps following the release of iWiccle 1.20, we have come a good long way towards providing a setup where issues find fast resolutions, and where bugs are patched and fixes made available within the day. It's only a prudent move for us to establish this as the standard of services provided.

The index page of Wiccle.com now reads: Free & Fast: Get Help in Wiccle Fusion Forums! This is a statement of our resolve to provide prompt 12-24 hour response and resolution times for all iWiccle and Wiccle users. If nobody else is there to help you before the cavalry arrives, you can rest assured the arrival won't be taking too long.

To Help You Develop and Customize

Our software has been developed from the ground-up for heavy real life web development use, put through dozens of test scenarios that have molded its structures further to provide for easy customization and deployment. Making sure you have everything you need to get set with your website is the second half of our work. Helping you develop and optimize the customized website is the third half.

To further this aim, we have now provided template and module creation kits, integrated community avenues for bug and resource reporting and tracking, provided zero-day availability of patch files for non-cosmetic bugs discovered before the next release, and revised stable software builds in between releases to provide the latest for everyone without hassle. A great deal more is in works, to be rolled out over the coming months.

If you have suggestions on other ways for helping you get down to business and using your iWiccle/Wiccle software, please know that we are here, and committed to helping you develop your website. We know you can use our tools to create wow^99 level websites with minimum endeavor. Don't be shy to ask us how.
