Cunniffe Electric Expert opened its doors to the Galway public 35 years ago and has built up a solid customer base built on a high level of personal service and quality products at a competitive price.
The business flourished on a diet of kitchen appliances, but, with the advent of digital technology, Cunniffe Electric Expert now offer elite products and finest brands in the TV, Laptop, Satellite Navigation Systems, MP3 players, cameras and camcorders, all of which form part of their interactive display.
As part of their move towards the online space, Cunniffe Electric Expert faced National competition from multi-national businesses from the UK within Ireland - Wiccle Web Builder was their choice of technology to break this market and even the HQ Expert office has praised this new website!
This is the first website and venture into the eCommerce world for Cunniffe. Wiccle Limited designed a new template, graphics and added a few products to get them started. Cunniffe Electric Expert website is split into two parts, a regular information portal and eStore portal rolled into one.
The ease of use of updating this website with new products, information and advertisement splash pages was the most important factor for Cunniffe - where they are in control of their own online business store. With Wiccle Web Builder packed with 30+ and growing modules, Cunniffe can expand their online venture with new features such as blogs, forums, support tickets and so much more. When they are ready, Wiccle is packed full of extra modules by default plus new features added through the updates where Cunniffe can simply "turn on" these modules when they are ready.
Custom new add-ons to the store module included, Producer Recycling Fee & Price Excluding PRF added to each product. Floating unit on the front page that contains an advertising flash animation or can be changed to an advertisement poster. Brands, Models Reference Numbers, comments to reviews, extended sub-categories and so on were added during the development of this showcase site.
