This completes the overhaul of our support system since last year & you can still use the Wiccle Fusion Forums for basic help / troubleshooting issues but the new ticket system will allow the Wiccle Dev team to focus better questions on your support issues, better response times & keeping you in the loop when we can fix something / reply back with answers. It also allows a good record for new users to go back on older issues.
Now you can see what's cooking in future updates to Wiccle Web Builder & Wiccle Community Builder with our new Trac / Roadmap System. In the coming days this section will fill out with new planned updates with new features we are planning so keep a good eye on it !
The Documentation Guide is long overdue, so here is the first draft & it will be improved as well content increased as we review it every few months or when new releases (such as the WWB 1.1) are out where we add in documentation of new features added. The documentation is for all users, beginners & advanced users. Bare with us as we increase it's content during the year and any suggestions, please post in the Fusion Forums and we will amend as needed / desired.
We hope you find these two major updates to Wiccle.com a good one & you can get more out of the Wiccle CMS platforms. More news coming soon!!
