Some food for thought about photo security...

~ Right Click disable - gives people a feeling of security that their pics are ' a little' safer on the web from unauthorized downloads.

~ Auto-Watermark - be great that when someone uploads a pic to my site that my sites default watermark is automatically added to each pic.

~ Disclaimer popup - A disclaimer that pops up in which the member needs to check a box saying they are the rightful owner of the photos they're uploading and assume all responsibility for the uploaded photos. No other sites watermarks are allowed... blah, blah, blah. I suppose the text is a variable we can write ourselves, but the extra action of digitally signing / checking a box etc would be helpful.

Good input.

I haven't trusted on right-click-disabling images ever, perhaps because I've grown so so fond of working my way around a number of image protection attempts. It's so easy to turn javascript off... There are other, more effective methods however, need noted down.

As with watermark -- that's easy enough to hook in.

As for the disclaimer, yes --- it could be an inline popup, and it could be a checkbox to ask for consent. First is more imposing, second is more routine --- I suppose both could go in, and be options.
