Hi Markus.

I don't know if this is really new feature but... Is it possible that user access rights would be checked before user take a lot of actions? For example: every time I rush to reply a post I bump into "your group has no right bla, bla, bla" because I forgot to login first. That after I'd struggle for minutes with translations and text organization... It's really annoying! If I have no access right to post why the system let me create a post just to knock the door in my face at the end?

Yes, I intend to do the same with the rest as we have with the comment area --- the "add comment" button changes to a login button if you're not logged in.

The checks need to be in the places you meet them, because that's the "last line of defence" --- and we have a ton of such in place in some areas where a crafty hacker could modify URLs to circle around limitations --- but point taken, nobody likes unnecessary "failed" messages, including me.

They are already there in iWiccle 1.10 and beyond, just haven't rolled in the updates here at Wiccle.Com yet --- we're still on 1.01 here.

Yes, I thought it was a safety issue but I think it is worthwhile to avoid this behavior. I like you idea - change button to login. You can hide options for which the user group does not have permission? For example, if the group "noblog" can not create new blogs a page does not display this option (and then deny it) to users of that group. Is that possible?

Yes, of course we can't replace every button... Laughing I'll take care of this.

Per-usergroup restriction for module menus isn't in place yet --- though it's easy enough to add, just cross-reference permission mask types with the menu items. I'll be sure to this, too, into the next release.
