One of the better plug-ins out there which would be nice to see integrated into iWiccle/Wiccle is a plugin called EnlargeIt!. The plugin quite brilliantly pops-up an enlargement of smaller images in web pages in an ajax-type of popup box. Very cool and very Web2 - and (imho) very suited to iWiccle/Wiccle.

I believe it was originally developed as a Coppermine plugin, but I've since seen it successfully integrated into another php software package that I use.

Any thoughts on this one, Markus?

I actually have a couple of different in-house image popup versions floating around here, so I don't think we are in acute need of a third-party plugin for this. (Of course adding this one in wouldn't be a mighty big hack, knowing as you do how image sizes are scaled and are generated.)

I do need to add in the different popup options into our releases, as well as fine-tune them a bit. In case I do look into integrating EnlargeIt, whether as a separate plugin or otherwise, any clues as to their licensing?

I don't fully understand the ins and outs of GPL Licensing so I'm not going to try and interpret the developer's words in the link below.

Okay, so it can't be integrated as a part of our software unless we GPL everything we release, so it'll have to be an independent plugin that we provide integration instructions for. Doesn't look awfully complicated to integrate though.
