Hello to the community this is my first post.

I was looking at creating a site with a framework that I normally work with called MODx

Then by chance I had stumbled on Iwiccle which is very close to what I origianlly wanted but with added ajax so nice one on that.

I have not spent hours yet on looking into everything but at a quick glance I did not see no forum added and cant find a bridge to interegrate into any existing forum software but I could well be missing the obvious knowing me.

Then next up some chat system for members online would be the most valuable thing to this, if one could have a wish list then one of them slick flash based modules would be nice but like I said that is just on my wish list and I did read somewhere that a chat system is in the roadmap I think.

Anyway well done on this software very rare to see a new idea that is actually is of use to the masses, right now this is at the top of things to use while I work on setting up the next facebook Laughing

Cheers

quick edit

After posting the above I then found this info

The full commercial release of the Wiccle suite (availability to be announced) sets you up with the ultimate set of applications, offering a wide range of options for developing and monetizing your site. Aside extended functionality for all iWiccle modules, the Wiccle 1.0 software suite features the following modules:

Chat, Dating (triple module), Downloads, eCommerce (triple module),
Forums, Infobase, Music, Support Desk, Video

More information on Wiccle Modules will become available as the product nears release.

So then my next thought was how much is the full commercial support, I see 99 euros for a full add free license

BY the way when I try to reply to a post I get the "you dont have permission for this feature" message.

Hello Ian, glad to hear it's working for you!

Currently the only onboard forum functionality comes with the Groups module. We're currently wrapping up a Forums module proper, and working on third-party software integration as well, for Wiccle 1.0. The Forums module will drift down to iWiccle sooner or later, and plugin features will be added into the next major release.

With regards to the licenses, Wiccle and  i Wiccle are two different software bundles. Wiccle 1.0 is currently in development. iWiccle 1.11 is the only currently available bundle, to be followed by iWiccle 1.20 as the next free software in the series, and Wiccle 1.0 for high-end sites. A bit more on those two here.

As these two bundles develop, we try our level best to keep both balanced and within the reach of their intended markets --- iWiccle for most common community and publishing purposes, free and 99€ for ads-free, and Wiccle for eCommerce, media portals, dating and personals, and other high-end sites that generally also create enough income to pay a bit more for the Wiccle license (pricing options to be announced).

I've had a draft of a blog on my desk for several days now, outlining what Wiccle 1.0 will feature in the way of new and improved modules. Coming up shortly.

The reply problem, I believe, should now be solved. Please confirm.
