When we download Wiccle Community Web Builder

Will it be a free trial version or this will work for past 30 days.?

Im a bit lost cost I saw Licenses needed for this Builder on some other Wiccle page

You may be confusing iWiccle CMS Community Builder and Wiccle Web Builder, which are two separate softwares with two separate licensing schemes. You can find a summary of both, along with their license options, on the overview page.
