Hey guys I find this really weird " why when we need a key do we need to register over at fusion ? "do we really need to re-register again to fusion to get the key ??? There must be something wrong or is it this how you guys have it setup ??? I also can not place pictures as the editor / wysiwyg is missing on this thread :(

If you are already registered (as you are), you don't need to register again. Just log in (using the log in link there) -- it's a separate site, and since it deals with payment gateways etc. you have to login again as a matter of security.

As for the WYSIWYG missing, probably a browser cache quirk. CTRL + F5 (hard refresh) helps always.
