This is probably another one for the FAQ area but

How do we decide in what format to setup the CONTACT US area?

Admin CP > System > Mail

Outgoing name =

Outgoing e-mail =

Incoming e-mail =

Mail method = (php or SMTP)

Im sure we can all goto our control panel with our host provided account
but what is the relative information we would be looking for?

I already have an administrative email address setup for iWiccle
and yes the email address exists... but what next?

You need to head to Admin CP > Site > Form Builder. It's not a hard-coded contact form, you can tailor it into whatever you want, and should at the very least change the e-mail address there. Same goes for the default feedback form.
