here is a picture not really exactly what would be nice but an idea to be looked into

when people click on support and want to create a new thread we have to go into a previous  forum thread in order to create a new one ............... Undecided

can you make it when we click on support/forums  there can be a New thread BUTTON so that we can create New thread in Ougoing Public Forums ( example like the picture )

Thanks

The "Ongoing in Public Forums" view gives you a snapshot of forum activity across all forum categories. No matter what forum you have posted to, the thread will come to the top of "Ongoing in Public Forums".

That said, the fact that I had to hunt for those +Thread buttons at places bugged me too. Here's what I have just done — a quick five minute modification — now available under "Forum Zones" in the submenu. That's now your posting headquarters for all categories, one short click away.

What I have done below is copied a "cat_medium" category format HTML snippet from skin_categories.php, pasted it into the Forums module's overwrite skin, and typed in a couple of lines of HTML to add in the thread link for each individual category.

Cat Medium Add Thread Template

There is also a link for adding threads in the Forums module index page, as below:

Add Thread Link

When you click +THREAD from here, you will be able to choose the forum category from a dropdown in the posting view. The Fusion front page itself doesn't have a direct "Add Thread" link. When we next roll in more upgrades to Wiccle.com, I'll make it a point to add a content sharing dashboard for each user into the Fusion index.

I have tagged your suggestion and the contents of this post as an accepted request.

If you have more suggestions on how to improve our accessibility and content sharing features, please keep sharing.

The absence of a "New Thread" link (as well as a quick link for "Latest Posts") on the Fusion index page made itself loud and clear a few minutes back.

You can edit the "Custom Header" field to include whatever you want, including HTML, up to 255 characters. If you need to use something longer, you can use a [[language_tag]] there and enter your header code into one of the language files.

Fusion New Thread

Don't use the "envelope:" parameter seen above for anything though; it has been replaced by the module switch in the 1.20 version of Wiccle Builder, and the parameter syntax revised. More on the "parameters" field later.

Yes I see you have done it for Fusion when pressing on it once loggin in

The other one I hope you can find time for also is when we log in and we press Support
it would also be good to have it there to as some of us are looking for support to create a new thread so opening a new thread right there would be nice to.

as you can see in this picture there is no new thread button

let me know what you think ?

Haha, you know your huge screenshot of the Support page hasn't loaded yet, but I have already added the same quick links to the Support index page.
