Just curious if iWiccle and/or Wiccle have the contact page embedded into the site? For now I can only see adding a mailto: link on the contact page which then opens up the members personal email client on their machine.

Is their a way to have a contact sheet open within the site? This may be preferable for many reasons to the member but one reason could be they have a secondary email addy they use for sites and not their main personal email. I noticed this as I use the web and click similar links. It opens my personal email client, which I don't care to use for public stuff. I have other email addy's for that.

If you mean a customizable feedback form, then yes, that'll be available, for any page, through the Builder, in a secure setup to avoid the damned feedback form spam we see so much.

precisely, thanks Markus.

Just thought of this though... is there a way to have all contacts between admin and the members through the internal instead of external? Do I just use the internal links or is there some special setup needed?

Such as what messages/contacts?

I suppose anything a member needs to contact admin for. Does there need to be an internal email/messaging system setup or in place for such a thing?

Or is it just better to keep those things off the system for what ever reason? Probably more of a question as to the best way to manage communication between members and admin.

If you want to create an internal message link to admin anywhere, you can use this:

<a href="#contact" onclick="putToCenter(500, 500, 'general_ajax'); showLoader('general_ajax', 'ajax_500_loader'); submitAjaxGet('general_ajax', 'message&amp;action=load_form&amp;target=general_ajax&amp;member=admin'); return false;">Contact Admin</a>

Works the same as sending from admin's member profile. Is this what you're after?

That can work for now, but I suppose the forthcoming feedback form would be the best. I'm just spitballing about how members can send and receive messages from admin without using their personal email system. Or at least making it as easy as one click. I can access my email from my main client on my machine at home. Actually that's easiest for me then to have to access different sites.

Sure, I can set the feedback form in the builder for options sitemail/email/both. That ought to make it easy enough to match your messaging preferences.
