I started to try and change the WCB to German language.
This turns out to be very difficult, because the whole language is not covered by language files.

In the frontend, there are some areas which need to be changed manually. Partly in the database itself
I added photos of some areas with mixed language.

The backend is, in my view, entirely without language files. It will be change in the future?

I also want to change the time format. Now the format is 07:15PM, but i want the format 19:15. Where can i change that?

I hope you understand what i mean, because my english is not so good.
