How can we add chat software to iWiccle so the members can chat with each other?

Thanks

Michael

Hi Michael,

We don't have a chat module in iWiccle yet (though we already do in Wiccle Web Builder). It is of course possible to integrate third-party chat applications (assuming they either support, or don't require, database integration). If you have a particular chat application you'd like to plug into your iWiccle, please fill me in with a bit more detail.

Regards,
Markus

Markus,

Would you be able to set something up using the simple Morevil Web Chat Lite 2.4 at http://www.morevil.com/? I am the CEO of Burn Survivors Throughout The World, Inc. (BSTTW) www.burnsurvivorsttw.org. BSTTW is an international 501 (c)(3) non profit organization that helps people that suffer a burn injury and their family members rebuild their lives. They need a community that allows them to email, chat, offer support and build friendship. It would be great if you could help us out.

God Bless

Michael Appleman, CEO

Michael,

I took the freeware version of the Morevil Web Chat for a quick test spin, and it looks straight-forward enough to plug and play without problems. It doesn't use a database which means no user management and no system overlap, and the chat nick itself is easy to synchronize with the users' iWiccle usernames. I will look further into this over the weekend. When does this become topical for you?

On a related note, I received a copy of the e-mail you sent on BSTTW. I'm unsure if you've received a response yet, let me check it out and keep you posted.

Markus,

Sorry I have not responded for 2 weeks. I have been extreamly busy with so many areas of the organization. We are speaking with doctors in Egypt, Ghana and Mexico about offering the herbal medication Agnijith to the burn victims in one of those areas of the world.

I have not receive an email fro you. I would appreciate if you would please email me at michael@burnsurvivorsttw.org. Burn Survivors Throughout The World, Inc. would like to have Wiccle on our team so we can create a strong community for people who suffer a burn injury and their family members.

I am not sure how to add the chat to the software using plug and play. Maybe you can help us out. Also if you would email me I can discuss with you guys what we might be able to do for each other and as a result help the burn survivor community.

Thanks

Michael
