I wanted to uninstall the version of Wiccle I downloaded to test on my own domain name, which I don't want there anymore and I understand is having spam email sent to you.  Is there a better way to do it than to just delete the sub-folder in which I did the install and delete the database?

Thanks,

What would you consider a better way of doing it? Wait, I have an idea...

not sure.  I just did not know if you had an uninstaller.  I have had my share of problems trying to uninstall software off my own computer and not knowing if I got everything, so I guess I was mixing up that problem/concern with uninstalling software uploaded into a folder of a site.  thought I would ask.

Here's a WWB Total Wipe (ZIP, 1.20 KB) script that deletes all tables in the WWB database and all files in the WWB filesystem, including itself and the folder it's in — but nothing beyond that. While the code itself is solid, it hasn't been tested across server configurations — there's a chance that some customized server configs can make it either not work, or act up in unexpected ways. Use at your own risk. =)

In general, just deleting the database and the files are enough; WWB doesn't write anything outside these two. (While some web applications may have additional stuff in the abyss of the system, generally just wiping the files and the database erases everything.)
