The iWiccle CMS Community Builder and Wiccle Web Builder install process are both the same.
Once you download and unpack Wiccle, you will then need to upload it to a web hosting server account (any web host will do but Wiccle likes Linux hosting the best).
You can use an FTP program like Open Source free Filezilla, fill in the details from your host provider and connect to your host. Once you are located in the "public_html" part, simply copy all the Wiccle files you have unpacked and begin the upload of them to your host account.
Once the uploading is done, go to the domain name on your browser that is connected to your host account and you will be greeted with the Install page (install.php). Follow the 5 steps to install Wiccle.
Wiccle like other CMS programs run on a server and not on a local pc. This will allow you once the install in done to create or edit your site on any pc around the world and you can not locked into any local machine hardware.
