In my previous forum post, one of the existing wiccle member has recommended Xampp for developing WCB locally since I was getting errors in wamp server.

I am having problems installing WCB on Xampp server. Attached is the screenshot of the error message that I am getting in step 5. I can’t really find out what is going wrong?

The installation was very smooth in wamp server but I was getting errors while changing themes and modifying options. I can’t even get past the installation in Xampp.

Please suggest what software is best for developing wiccle locally..

We added a new mass mailer / newsletter feature into WCB 2.0+

This requires an extra server requirement:

Mass Mailer / Newsletter requires the CURL library on your host / server account.

See if you can grab that library for your local machine and Xampp will work fine once it has this library in. 

In the next update will be make it an option to continue the install without the newsletter if user accounts / local machines don't have Curl Library installed.
