Before creating a module, you should have uploaded the module files into a folder under /modules.

Which files do I need to upload?

Every module comes with a standard set of files. I have now written a module-creation reference sheet with sample files. See the thread iWiccle Module Reference / Adding new modules I have now posted to address this and related questions.
