In Admin CP > System > Search Engines, you can change whatever is globally appended before or after the browser title bar text.
The "middle message" depends on the page you are on. For individual pages, you can edit the Title field of the Layout when you start the builder (just click "Edit" under "Layout", and change as needed).
Do note that some dynamic pages (e.g. show=post, show=category, show=parent, show=thread), the browser titles are generated automatically based on what content they pull in. For example, a blog post page would have the blog's title and location in the browser title bar.
