As you know Markus is our technical guru and I won't be stepping on his toes. But I am planning to create some video tutorials which might assist end-users/website owners to update and modify their sites.

There are already a couple of videos showing how to use the Page Builder. Has anyone got any special requests or a list of priorities for these type of tutorials.

I often train my clients on how to use their new website and can certainly offer a suggestion.

I would create 2 separate videos, one for the builder, and one for the Admin CP.  I would title them something like Builder Overview and Admin CP Overview.  I would then provide a very basic walk through of the each just saying a few sentences about what functions each play (ie The builder allows a website administrator to add, edit, delete and move the content of your website around the page.)  And then in each video, show just the top level overview, (ie stat on website, click on builder, show how to click on the edit button for a simple text box to open it, point out that there are multiple setting options per box and a text area if that is needed with a text editor; minimize the pop-up and show how you can drag and drop boxes around the page.) just a top level.

Same for the Admin CP but in that section show the drop down menu options one by one for a few seconds and say something about the overall content of each top level.  And then maybe give one example of changing something simple such as managing users.

This type of basic overview I find is very helpful to demystifying the intimidation of simply getting started for many end users - simply entering into the world of modifying the website.  It provides a basic foundation to go from.

Thanks for asking.
