Well im looking at one of my modules in Page Builder Mode,

and there is a part called Box Drop Area.

What is this for?

The drop box area allows you to drag-and-drop another box on the page to re-position it on that spot - handy for repositioning boxes above or below each other.

I should clarify the above by saying that the drop box allows you to reposition boxes in the same column, while the column drop area allows you to reposition boxes between columns.

And you can of course also drag between columns into the "Box Drop Areas" to reposition units between columns. You can drag columns into Column Drop Areas, and boxes ("units") into Box Drop Areas.
