Hey Team

I was thinking of something and maybe this can be a great Idea and some might think its good alternative way but remember it is just a thought....

Some of us have dedicated servers and we are limited to the space on our dedicated servers so to speak!

So lets say 100 people upload 1 video and 100 people upload 10 songs per user account ...

now can there be away so that we can manage this in the back end as Admin to disable all uploads and give alternate sites for the uploads leaving our servers more space for other things that we currently have running??

Example Pictures:

Instead of uploading pictures of any kind where we can have the option to disable uploads to our server and have an alternate way of uploaidng to imageshack ?

Example Videos:

Disable video uploads to our servers and have it alternativly take ALL MEDIA url's from any site on the Internet to place it on ours?

This would give us so much more space and we would never have to worry about using up our own dedicated server space regarldess of the hard drive space!

Remember this is just a thought if at all for futur update/request ...

Thanks

Clustered server support is in plans for future releases for high-end solutions that need to scale beyond what a single box can manage.

I don't think we could offer image uploading to imageshack and the rest out of the box without drafting up some sort of partner deals with them — I suspect automated use of such services is against their TOS. You wouldn't be able to benefit from iWiccle/Wiccle built-in image scaling and other such goodies with remote hosted images. It's an interesting idea, though. If you want to look into it and see what third-party services could be plugged in (legitimately), please do.

As far as videos go, we already have a mode where you can embed videos from YouTube/etc. instead of direct uploading to server. Do you mean something beyond this?
